If you want to accomplish your goals, your confidence must outrun your emotions — every single day.

Breakdown
My message is divided into three parts that mix storytelling, fun activities, prize giveaways, a challenge, and an exciting Q&A session. Each part is designed to help students build confidence and craft better decisions.
1st Part:
About Anatoliah

Questions we'll discuss:
How and where Anatoliah began?
2nd Part:
Build Real Confidence
The Anatoliah Confidence Framework™
Focus on what truly matters!
Choose talks that build, not drain!
Understand and manage emotions!
Make better decisions daily!

3rd Part:
The Q&A & Challenge!
After a brief Q&A session, each student will receive a 2x7 bookmark to serve as a confidence building 7-day challenge to help them grow into confident leaders.

Students will partner with a classmate to discuss the three questions on the bookmark and then recite the Anatoliah pledge together. This simple but meaningful activity helps students build self-belief, trust themselves, and value who they are—encouraging them to grow into confident leaders who positively impact their school and community.
